The Wintersession Proposal will open Monday, June 23, 2025

Undergraduate students, graduate students, staff and faculty can all submit Wintersession proposals. Alumni and outside speakers can facilitate sessions but must have an on-campus organizer whom submits the session proposal and agrees to be responsible for all session logistics.

June 23, 2025: Wintersession proposal form opens for Wintersession 2026 offerings

August 29, 2025: Submit a proposal before midnight Aug 29 to receive an early submission incentive

October 11, 2024: Final deadline to submit a Wintersession workshop, trip, or evening event proposal

Proposals will be evaluated by the Wintersession Proposals Review Team and will be approved on a rolling basis — please allow 2-3 weeks to hear back
