The Wintersession Proposal Portal will open in August!

Undergraduate students, graduate students, staff and faculty can all submit Wintersession proposals. Alumni and outside speakers can facilitate sessions but must have an on-campus organizer whom submits the session proposal and agrees to be responsible for all session logistics.

August 2025: Wintersession proposal form opens for Wintersession 2026 offerings

Mid-September 2025 [exact date TBA]: Final deadline to submit a Wintersession workshop, trip, or evening event proposal

Proposals will be evaluated by the Wintersession Proposals Review Team and will be approved on a rolling basis — please allow 2-3 weeks to hear back
