The Wintersession 2025 Proposal Portal is now OPEN!

Undergraduate students, graduate students, staff and faculty can all submit Wintersession proposals. Alumni and outside speakers can facilitate sessions but must have an on-campus organizer whom submits the session proposal and agrees to be responsible for all session logistics.

July 1, 2024: Wintersession proposal form opens for Wintersession 2024 offerings

October 11, 2024: Final deadline to submit a Wintersession workshop, trip, or evening event proposal

Proposals will be evaluated by the Wintersession Advisory Committee and will be approved on a rolling basis — please allow 2-3 weeks to hear back
